About
Don Bayer:
Don has had extensive experience working with a National Lender and was in a senior management role when MCAP Mortgage Corporation was formed in 1995, now Canada’s largest independent mortgage originator. Don was the Vice President, origination for mortgage production and underwriting for Eastern Canada. In 1997, Don founded MonsterMortgage.ca which has been recognized as Mortgage Broker of the year in Canada, on numerous occasions. Don is an expert on construction financing and multi unit financing. In 2016, Don founded MonsterCapital.ca, a Mortgage Investment Corporation governed by the Canadian Income Tax Act. Don has a BSc in Economics and a CFP designation.
Kristian Harris:
Kristian started his mortgage career in 1996 with London Life working with financial planners across the GTA. As the top sales agent at London Life, Kristian began to expand his scope of knowledge in business and he joined MonsterMortgage.ca in 2006. Kristian rose through the ranks quickly at Monster and became a business partner in 2012. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2014 and has taken on increasingly more responsible roles including recruiting and training.
